Our management experience with various aspects of bidding, developing and implementing geospatial infrastructure management projects includes definition, design, implementation, QA/QC, data conversion, and development of interfaces between third-party applications. We successfully manage the budgets, schedules, and resourcing throughout the project, while keeping all stakeholders informed of the progress. We have a proven track record of consistently closing projects at or above the bid margin, while maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction. We have extensive experience with forecasting and EACs, as well as managing high numbers of contractor resources from multiple agencies, with many resources being remotely located around the world. We are PMI certified Project Management Professionals.  

Consulting and Solution Architecture

Our implementation experience with geospatial and asset management systems while working with clients worldwide has led to an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the business processes, end-user workflows, and the underlying architecture and technology. We consult with clients to assess current and future business needs to provide the best recommendation. Our technical expertise and leadership provides requirements/needs assessments, gap analyses, business justifications, design workshops, high-level designs, process improvements, and training development.
